FindMyTracker is a recommendation service provided by Justin Peters. This page explains the information used to create and recover your guide.
What we use
We use your quiz answers to calculate your recommendation and save your report. When you purchase a guide, we associate your checkout email and payment reference with that report so you can return to it. For a free beta guide, we store your email and invitation redemption instead of a payment. We store invitation codes as hashes and briefly keep hashed access-attempt identifiers to limit misuse. Support emails contain the information you choose to send Justin.
Payments and email
Stripe processes checkout. FindMyTracker stores payment references and purchase status, rather than your full card details. Supabase stores reports and purchase records, Vercel hosts the service, and Resend delivers access emails. These providers process information needed to operate those parts of the service.
Cookies and saved access
Browser storage keeps your quiz progress and display preference. Access cookies let you open your draft, purchased, or beta reports in that browser. Draft access and purchase sessions last up to 30 days. An unlocked report is separate from that browser session and can be recovered by email.
Keeping your information
Purchased reports and purchase records are retained so you can recover your guide and so Justin can handle purchase queries. Expiry of a browser session does not mean those records have been deleted. Contact Justin to ask about the information held about you or request deletion. Deleting a report can affect your ability to recover it.
